On Friday 20th March 2026, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at ROK Mumbles for a delicious three-course meal, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business Club corporate members from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Lucy is the co-founder and director of The Secret Hospitality Group, an independent hospitality group operating multiple venues across Swansea. She plays a hands-on role in shaping venue concepts, operations, and growth within the city’s hospitality sector.

The talk will explore The Secret Hospitality Group’s journey from a single venue to a growing hospitality group, the role positive culture and community partnerships have played in the group’s success, the realities, and challenges of scaling a business, and their ambitions for building growth within the hospitality sector while developing & retaining future talent.
