On Thursday 10th September, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at St. Brides Spa Hotel, perched above Saundersfoot harbour in Pembrokeshire National Park. Attendees will enjoy a delicious breakfast roll, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business club members from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Nicola Garnish is the Managing Director of Genpower Ltd, bringing over 30 years’ experience leading high-growth teams across the retail, trade, construction, and distribution sectors. Since taking on executive leadership, she has driven the company’s expansion from a single UK site to six international locations across more than 20 countries. Her career also includes Regional and Director-level roles at leading companies such as Euro Car Parts, Encon, and Halfords, underpinned by a resilient, collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to diversity and customer-centric growth. Based in South West Wales, Nicola is a school governor and active member of the Institute of Directors.
