Swansea Bay Business Club celebrates St. David’s Day at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli, sponsored by Gwynt Glas, with special guest speaker, MBE and Welsh former international rugby union referee, Nigel Owens.

On Tuesday 1st March 2023, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at rugby union stadium and home to the Scarlets and Llanelli RFC, Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli. Attendees at the St David’s Day celebration lunch will enjoy a delicious three course meal, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business Club members and guests from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Our guest speaker Nigel Owens has refereed in four Rugby World Cups and became the first referee to officiate 100 test matches. He co-presents on S4C’s Jonathan, a rugby themed Welsh language show hosted by Jonathan Davies, and has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by both Swansea and South Wales University for his dedication to sport and good causes.

This event will be open to members only initially and will open to non-members should capacity not be reached nearer to the event date. The date the event will open to non-members will be at the discretion of the Executive Board for each event.

Cancellations and amendments must be made no less than 10 days before the event. Tickets are to be purchased by over 18s only.
