We’re inviting you to take a break from your desk for a good cause! Join us for our Charity Netwalking Event, organised and sponsored by SO FIT and co-sponsored by the Development Bank of Wales, this event with a difference will raise money for Faith in Families whilst boosting your own health and well-being.

Come and walk an approx. 15 mile route in the Swansea Bay region (exact location TBC).

This 15-mile “netwalking” event will provide an invaluable boost to our health and wellbeing, whilst raising money for a brilliant charity and taking on a challenge with your fellow Swansea Bay Business Club members.

In order to participate this form is mandatory, please complete it prior to the day: Activity PAR-Q Screening Form (google.com). On the day of event SO FIT will provide a safety brief, advice, and route information.

At least £5 from every ticket will be donated to Faith In Families and we also encourage you to raise some sponsorship from your colleagues, friends and family for this fantastic but challenging afternoon of activity.
