On Friday 13th September, Swansea Bay Business Club will meet at St. Brides Spa Hotel, perched above Saundersfoot harbour in Pembrokeshire National Park. Attendees will enjoy a delicious breakfast roll, with the opportunity to network with fellow Swansea Bay Business club members and guests from across the Swansea Bay City Region.

Shane Higgon was born and bred in Pembrokeshire, attending schools and college in Pembrokeshire before attending University of Wales for law and then accountancy, MBA and finally Masters in Business Law.

For 18 years, prior to joining Darren and Duncan and launching Ascona, Shane worked as an independent financial & business consultant/interim Director, holding senior roles in private equity, education, technology, retail, construction and waste management.

With 30+ years’ experience working in senior business management roles across multiple sectors, Shane has developed his own version of expertise in funding, developing and commercialising a business’s core products/services, along with structuring business resources and talent for growth to assist clients in reaching their own, and their business’, full potential. Shane provides the implementation support they need to achieve measurable and sustainable performance improvement.
